At Health Hub Pharmacies, we've made it easier than ever for you to get the medications you need. Our online prescription submission feature allows you to upload your prescription directly through our website, saving you time and hassle. It's as easy as 1,2,3. 

 

Here's how it works:

1. Upload Your Prescription

Using the provided upload button, select the file containing your prescription from your device. Whether it's a scanned document or a clear photo, our system will securely process your prescription image.

For all repeat paper scripts, please ensure you provide a clear photo of BOTH the original script as well as the repeat script (example below)

Note: Upon collection (or delivery) of your medication, you MUST provide the ORIGINAL physical copies of the script. Your pharmacist cannot supply your medication without the original scripts.

2. Provide Your Information

Fill out the required fields in the form, including your name, contact information, and any additional instructions or questions you may have regarding your prescription.

3. Submit Your Prescription

Once you've uploaded your prescription and provided the necessary information, simply hit the submit button. Your prescription will be securely transmitted to our pharmacy team for processing.
